Contributes to department objectives and outcomes as guided.**Accountabilities**- Manages customer disputes to comply with company policies and procedures.- Monitors Lease Track Compliance and accuracy of car events.- Executes both internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs).- Develops metrics for monitoring accuracy of billing events.- Provides operations support, training and mentoring to Transportation, Sales and customers on Demurrage processes.- Evaluates customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met.- Manages customer disputes to comply with company policies and procedures.- Exhorts the use of demurrage system among customers.- Provides demurrage data analysis and reporting as needed.- Exemplifies KCS Vision, Values, and Culture interactions with coworkers, business partners, customers and stakeholders.**Required**- English fluency- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a job related major field of study- Minimum two (2) years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience**Working Conditions**- This position has a regular full time schedule with a normal work week of Monday through Friday.
