**Description**
This position is responsible for the proper management of terminal resources. Communication with all the suppliers that are inside the terminal is important in order to comply with what is required by the authority. Follow up on applicable labor and environmental regulations, work together with the Health and Safety, Environmental and legal area of KCSM. This position manages the budget allocated for the facility.
This position has the task of fulfilling the key performance indicators according to what is established by the company.
**Accountabilities**
- Carry out the best cost-benefit analysis for the services that can be contracted on the ramp.
- Monitoring of compliance with activities of the maintenance vendor.
- Work with the different areas of KCSM for compliance at the request of the different authorities.
- Use of the SAP app to create requisitions, supplier payments, approve invoices, budget review, etc.
- Analyze and elaborate terminal KPI's.
- Elaborate employee working and vacation schedules.
- Support to SASISOPA requirements
- Collaborates closely and generate reports for Labor Relations and Human Resources in Mexico to share staff information such incidents, assistance, overtime, bono, etc.
- Attend work meetings and conferences for the execution of plans with the KCSM team.
- Generate internal reporting to support operation.
- Give operative support at the terminal, for intermodal and/or automotive area, bonded area, and tracks.
- Exemplifies KCS Vision, Values, and Culture in each and every interaction with team, clients, and vendors. Anyone inside the facility.
**Required**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Business Engineering or a related major field of study.
- Minimum there (5) years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an operative position, administrative, equivalent combination of education and experience.
**Preferred**
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- 5 years of work experience as a supervisor.
- Railroad knowledge or experience.
- Personnel management.
**Working Conditions**
- Shift work is an essential function of this job.
- Employees must have the ability and willingness to support critically important railroad operations 24 hours per day/7 days per week, working various shifts as assigned.
- Schedule assignments may include after-hours, weekends and holidays.
- Business travel is a minimum requirement of this job.
