.**Description**:This position is responsible for the video solutions strategies and operation of KCS, both US and Mexico! It defines video architecture and vendor evaluation to meet video needs for KCS, and manages video operating costs, and analyzes business needs for video to be integrated in the KCS video strategy. This role complies with regulatory and company security requirements.**Accountabilities**:- Evaluates technology and vendors for video and security. Integrates video technology with the KCS network based on business need. Executes video solutions and IT security projects.- Manages solution costs for video operations and maintenance and the support process for video & security systems.- Guarantees that KCS complies with video requirements by government and security entities.- Optimizes network usage and interfaces between business areas and IT for video solutions- Maintains and supports of technology for video monitoring center in Monterrey.- Exemplifies KCS Vision, Values, and Culture in each and every interaction with team, clients, and stakeholders.**Required**:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a job related major field of study- Minimum seven (7) years of relevant professional experience, including specialized knowledge of a discipline utilized to lead an area of our business, or equivalent combination of education and experience**Preferred**:- Bachelor in electronics and communications engineering- Master in IT management preferred- Technical training (networking, wireless, etc.)- Experience: Security Systems, Video Technology systems, Wireless communications- Technology architecture and design**Working Conditions**:- This position has a regular full time schedule with a normal work week of Monday through Friday.
