.**Description**Works independently and receives mínimal guidance. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspectiveusing existing solutions. Develops and manages operational initiatives to deliver tactical results.**Accountabilities**- Manages monthly demurrage billing processes for KCSR and KCSM demurrage.- Develops metrics for monitoring accuracy of billing events and monitors these matrices during the monthly billing process.- Manages customer demurrage disputes to comply with company policies and procedures.- Leads and supports merger system project, system enhancement for improvements.- Monitors Lease Track Compliance and accuracy of car events.- Executes both internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs).- Provides operations support, training and mentoring to Transportation, Sales and customers on Demurrage processes.- Evaluates customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met.- Manages customer disputes to comply with company policies and procedures.- Exhorts the use of demurrage system among customers.- Provides demurrage data analysis and reporting as needed.- Exemplifies KCS Vision, Values, and Culture interactions with coworkers, business partners, customers and stakeholders.**Required**- English fluency- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a job related major field of study- Minimum Five (5) years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience- Highly proficient with Microsoft Suite and especially Excel**Working Conditions**- This position has a regular full time schedule with a normal work week of Monday through Friday.
