**_What Quality Compliance contributes to Cardinal Health_**Quality develops and implements quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications.Quality Compliance is responsible for the development and deployment of policies, procedures and programs designed to minimize risk, enable compliant business operations, products and services and drive uncompromised supply chain integrity.**_Job Summary_**The Senior Specialist, Quality Compliance ensures that safety programs are implemented throughout the designated facility by reviewing facilities, drive performance improvement and conducting onsite audits. This job is responsible for modifying submitted floorplans and operational procedures to reflect facility practices.**_Responsibilities_**- Walks facility and ensures that safety procedures are followed through onsite audits.- Conducts trainings on regulatory requirements.- Participation in Internal / External audits- Manage training records.**_Qualifications_**- 2-4 years of experience, preferred.- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience- Advance English- Knowledge over the following regulation ISO13485-2016, 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR part 11, MDSAP, CMDR- Knowledge in computer systems**_What is expected of you and others at this level_**- Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity- Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve- Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects- Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy- Cardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
