.**PRIMARY FUNCTION**Facilitate the daily workforce performance.Coordinate production activities with supporting groups to ensure safety, quality and production objectives.Supervise the shipping and receiving of all freight into and out of the plant. Ensure customers satisfaction with the service provide as well as delivery time.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**Promotes company's mission by actively supporting Eaton's ethics and values as well as quality policies.Advise staff personnel on daily production status.Promote Standardize work methods and ways to improve them. Promote continuous improvement cultureProvide and implement training that will enable personnel to better perform their goals.Improve performance on production teams in regard to safety behavior, discipline, standard work and overall people performance.
