We are looking to hire a SR Training & OD Specialist to join our team at Toluca.
What you can look forward to as SR Training & OD Specialist: Position Summary: Responsible for identifying needs and designing training strategy, organizational development, and communication plan. Promote initiatives training that improves skills, performance, productivity, and quality of employee work, as well as improving operational efficiency. Provides deep functional expertise to support the delivery of talent development and support with the execution of operational activities.
Position Responsibilities: Designing a Training Master Plan.Monitor DNC training progress.Developing and conducting an effective onboarding.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and success of the training program (KPIs).Develop and maintain a training matrix for both Direct (Skills) and Indirect (Competencies) positions.Manage the performance evaluation system.Responsible for solving IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and STPS audits regarding Training and effectiveness.Manage the ILUO training technique.Manage the process of improvement ideas.Developing a communication plan and its execution.Your Profile as SR Training & OD Specialist: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Communication, or related.3 to 5 years as a specialist or responsible for training in the automobile industry.Intermediate-advanced English.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.2 years handling ERP for People administration (TRESS desirable, SuccessFactors desirable).Experience managing SIRCE.ILUO is a must.Nice to have experience in operative recruitment.Why choose ZF?
