For growth, we are looking for an Training Coordinator to join our team.

**Academic Profile**:
Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Human Capital, Organizational Development, etc.

**English**: Advanced

**Activities**:

- Coordinate the Training area.
- Official Mexican Standards.
- Annual training plan.
- Detection of Training Needs.
- Experience in the integration of mixed safety and hygiene commissions.
- Management of different methodologies for performance evaluation.
- Identification of competences and curricular contents for the creation of didactic modules.
- Development of tools for assessing knowledge and skills.
- DC5 certified as a trainer.
- Implementation

**Required Knowledge & Skills**:

- Three years of experience
- Experience in E-Learning
- Advanced English, indispensable.
- Leadership.
- Teamwork
- Analysis and problem solving.
- Continuous improvement.
- Effective communication.
