Position Name: Training and Talent Development Coordinator
Objetive:
- Responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and carrying out all training programs, Legal compliance, Training record with labor authorities, Onboarding training process, Assessment system administration, Etc.
**Essential functions and responsibilities**:
- Scheduling and Logistics of training courses for the various areas.
- Control of attendance lists
- Requisition of training courses
- Management and control of coffee break
- Control of staff training plan
- Preparation of exams and manuals
- Teaching of the Induction course
- Detection of Training Necessities
- Develop of internal trainers
- Evaluations administration
- Annual plan generation and administration
- Logistics for the Induction of Newly Recruited personnel.
- Preparation of communications (Flyers, Posters, etc.)
- Control and filing of training documents
- Attention to external audits
Position Requirements: Knowledge, Experiences, Habilities.
- Degree in, Engineering, Administration, Psychologist, Communication Etc.
- Strong knowledge and experience on training matters
- Highly motivated and easily adapts to change
- Multytas
Working Conditions:
