Provide on-site assistance to our clients while they travel to Tijuana by visiting them at the hotel lobby, laboratory, and medical facility. This may involve assisting with paperwork, answering any questions they may have, and ensuring that they have all the necessary documentation and identification to complete the process.- Help Clients with payment processing.- Oversee the client onboarding process, planning the client's travel schedule, keeping the company calendar up-to-date with events, and collaborating with third-party entities such as hotels, medical facilities, and transportation services. - Update all client information and tasks in our online client information system (CRM) in a timely manner.- Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service during on-sites which includes being responsive to client needs, maintaining a positive attitude, and representing the company in a professional manner at all times.- Coordinate with third-party companies to help make a last-minute change in the itinerary, if needed.- Arrange for video calls with clients and participate in them according to a predetermined schedule, while adhering to a specific script and documenting key points during the calls.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.- Experience in customer service, Medical Tourism, Medical services, or the Hospitality Industry.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask- Problem-solving skills- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical procedures is a plus.- Fluent in English and Spanish.- Must have a car and a valid driver's license- Must be available to work weekends and holidays if needed.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $14,000.00 - $28,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Horarios flexibles- Uniformes gratuitos- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipo de jornada:- Fines de semana- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuántos años de experiência tienes en Turismo Medico ?- ¿Cuántos años de experiência tienes manejando CRM's, Excel, Google Sheets Microsoft?Escolaridad:- Licenciatura trunca o en curso (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Atención al cliente: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
