**Main Job Purpose**

The R&D Senior Processing Development Coordinator is responsible for delivering processes that are efficient in the factories, compliant with SHE and delivers the expected product spec and quality.
The main activities are related to processing development focused on Innovation, renovation, 5S, quality plans, waste reduction agenda for Mexico.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Innovation, renovation, 5S: Responsible for the processing development, provides views on technical feasibility, raising technical processing options for implementation, assuring the delivery on time according to the quality standard, aligned with factory capabilities and project network;
- Responsible for transferring product innovations from laboratory & pilot plant to factories;
- Defines and executes trials for processing validation aligned with global/ regional processing recommendations and local needs. Responsible for comissionings.
- Lead proof of principles for new technologies at the pilot plant and main plant scale. Responsible to run pilot plant experiments, when applicable;
- Identifies technology risks, acting as reference in Risk Assessment & Waste forums, contributing to the risk mitigation plan;
- Builds models to validate processing parameters, formula characterization and rheology;
- Prepares and issues processing specifications in SAP PLM, aligned with projects and factory needs;
- Main point of contact for SC, supporting transformation projects and assuring clear message to the interfaces regarding processing and scale up recommendations.
- Active role in quality improvement initiatives and the waste reduction agenda;
- Active role in process optimization and complexity reduction agendas for Tultitlán (Industrial and pilot plant).
- Supports implementation of agile tools related to processing development;
- Supports the Digital and Ecosystem agendas for processing Mexico;
- Responsible for pilot plant routines and daily operation according to quality, safety requirements.
**Required Experience, Key Skills & **Behaviours**
- Science or Engineering Degree.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Languages: Advanced level for English.
- Minimum 3 years experience in R&D - product/process development, Supply Chain in areas as T&E, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality
