Objetivo: Diseñar e implementar planes de capacitación para los representantes de ventas, dermoconsejeras y personal de farmacias internos y/o externos.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Ejecutar la estrategia local establecida por la Dirección de TD & DS con el fin de alcanzar las metas establecidas para la división.
- Implementar y monitorear los planes establecidos por la Dirección de TD & DS enfocados a incrementar la eficiencia de la división.
- Preparar reportes sobre los resultados de su función y explicar las desviaciones a su superior inmediato.
- Proponer iniciativas a su superior inmediato para mejorar los resultados de su función.
- Coordinar y supervisar a proveedores externos que den capacitación al personal.
- Concentrar información relevante de la compañía y manejar la documentación del conocimiento de Galderma México y el Corporativo.
- Apoyar en la logística y la estrategia de juntas comerciales y de convenciones.
- Solicitar aprobación de gastos a sus superiores y gestionar, cuando sea necesario y le sea solicitado, el proceso de compras dentro de su área.
- Asegurar el apego a las políticas y procedimientos.
Requeridos:
Education/Training: Psicología, Pedagogía, Administración, Marketing, Ciencias de las salud o carreras afines.
Work Experience: Experiência como representante médico/representante de farmacia, Marketing, Trade Marketing por lo menos dos años;.
Deseable experiência como capacitador o enseñanza.
Inglés básico/intermedio
Manejo de Office 365 u otras plataformas digitales
