**About the role**:
Provide support and guidance to subregions for the implementation, verification, and monitoring of FS policies. Responsible for conducting assessments, risk analyses, consulting specifications, as well as proposing and directing all stakeholders requiring support regarding FS guidelines. Actively participate in the review of finished product and raw material specifications from a microbiological and contaminant perspective, and possess knowledge of international regulations governing food safety aspects.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Review raw material and finished product specifications to meet microbiological and quality requirements.
- Monitor food safety indicators and trends to support operational teams preventively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety policies and procedures, including positive release and environmental control.
- Support special projects such as the digital implementation of EMP and predictive analysis.
- Collaborate with plant teams on microbiological investigations and problem analysis.
- Coordinate with sanitation, laboratory, production, maintenance, and R&D teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Provide support in Good Manufacturing Practices programs and customer complaint investigations, and act as an internal instructor on quality and food safety topics.
**Qualifications and skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- 5 years of mandatory experience as HACCP leader.
- Knowledge of prerequisite programs and ISO 17025 normativity.
- Experience in GSFI food safety management systems.
- Handling of external contacts.
- Skills in quality management.
