Actividades:
- Estar antes del cambio de turno para revisar novedades de los turnos anteriores.
- Reportar en la bitácora las novedades o pendientes del día.
- Cubrir tiempos de las comidas de los Guardias cuando sea necesario.
- Manejar el archivo de papelería de vigilancia.
- Facilitar el equipo y herramientas necesarias para las funciones propias de los Guardias de Seguridad (Radios, Escanners, papelería, etc.).
- Responsable de verificar las autorizaciones de los pases de salida de materiales, herramientas, equipos, etc.
- Participar activamente en la Brigada de Emergencia.
- Asegurarse del buen funcionamiento del reloj Detex, escanners, medidor de distancia y todos los equipos asignados al departamento.
- Auxiliará a el departamento de contratación cuando existan vacantes.
- Responsable de hacer revisión mensual del sistema de alarmas, puertas de emergencia y accesos.
- Responsable de coordinar como se lleva a cabo la revisión de vehículos del personal, bolsas, etc., al entrar y salir de las instalaciones de la empresa.
- Responsable de que se lleve a cabo la revisión de gafetes a los empleados y coordinar entrega de gafetes a visitantes.
- En coordinación con los Guardias de las casetas registrar a el personal que ingresa a laborar tiempo extra.
- Solicitar a el departamento de personal autorización para ingresar a el (los) empleado (s) que se presente (n) sin gafete y/o llegue (n) tarde.
- Revisión mensual de extintores.
- Responsable de hacer revisión cada 15 dias del transporte de personal.
- Responsable de hacer revisión y llevar el control de los documentos de los vehículos de carga.
- Manejar el archivo de documentos de CT-PAT.
- Responsable de actualización de procedimientos.
- Responsable de acompañar al personal que renuncia.
- Responsable del CCTV.
- Responsable de tener actualizado el lay out de estacionamiento.
- Responsable de revisión de lockers.
- Responsable de llevar a cabo los simulacros del Plan de Contingencia.
- Dar soporte en gestiones ante diferentes entidades o instituciones.
- Dar soporte en la administración de los vehículos de la compañía.
- Dar soporte a los simulacros de evacuación del sistema contra incendio.
Escolaridad y experiência:
- Preparatoria y/o Carrera Trunca.
- 3-5 años de experiência en el ramo de seguridad, habilidad para detectar actos o condiciones inseguras, conocimientos en el manejo de equipo básico de extinción, liderazgo entre sus compañeros, buena comunicación con sus Superiores, control de personal.
- Manejo paquete computacional.
