**Job Title**:Logistics Support Specialist**Schedule**: Mon-Friday 9AM-6PM**Starting Salary**: $750-$850 USD/Month**Location**: Cancun, MX**Description**:This position is a support role for a large brokerage in the US, providing logistics services throughout the U.S. and across North America. To start, the position entails assisting in the management of the company's day to day activities and operations _with respect to _**Truckload or LTL.**_ The company focuses on Truckload, LTL, Parcel Shipping, Rail & Drayage, and INTL' moves. While they handle cross-border moves, the brokerage does not handle customs documentation. The position is in-person based out of Cancun, but does allow for travel within the US and an opportunity to grow exponentially within the company.**Responsibilities**:- Assisting in Managing the day to day activities and operations- Maintain and further develop quality relationships with carriers and drivers.- Track and trace loads covered by contracted carriers.- Provide necessary information to internal departments in order to meet service requirements- Provide load status updates- Schedule pick up/delivery Appts- Request required load document(s) from carriers- Help retain the organization of booking and covering shipments (Google Sheets)- Assisting with Claims and Disputes**Qualifications**:- **MUST SPEAK 90%+ ENGLISH**:- **MUST WRITE 90%+ ENGLISH**:- Experience with Microsoft office- Highly Organized- Must be Able to Take Direction- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills- Ability to Work in Fast Paced Environment- Ability to Strive in High Pressure Situations- Must be a Fast Learner & Quickly Adaptable- 18+ years of age**Salary**: From $15,000.00 per month**Salary**: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 77500, Cancún, QRoo.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- Advanced English (preferred)Work Location: One location
