**Essential Functions**:
**Social Media Management**:
Develop and implement a social media strategy across various platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram) to increase engagement and followers.
Create and schedule regular posts, interact with followers, and monitor social media trends.
**Digital Advertising**: Plan, test and execute digital advertising campaigns on platforms like META / Google and other social media platforms.
Monitor performance and adjust strategies to optimize reach and ROI.
**Digital Marketing Analytics**: Track and analyze digital marketing efforts using tools like META / Google Analytics and social media insights.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
**SEO Optimization**: Optimize website and social media content for search engines.
Implement strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
**Website Management**: Update and maintain the NHCA website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and engaging.
Collaborate with web developers for any major site changes or improvements.
**Collaboration and Coordination**: Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy and align digital campaigns with overall organizational goals.
**Task Management**: Maintaining an accurate record of daily tasks to support the creation of team performance reports.
**Position Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field or minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, social media platforms, and SEO practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- High organizational skills, task tracking and reporting is essential.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of design principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive designer that can bring new solutions to the organization.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
