We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. The primary goal of this position is to enhance and optimize our marketing and sales processes, manage the technology stack for the teams, and collect, create, report, and analyze key metrics. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency, effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making within our marketing and sales functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Technology Management: Oversee and manage the technology tools and platforms used by the marketing and sales teams, ensuring they are effectively integrated and utilized.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, create, and maintain accurate data related to marketing and sales activities. Analyze data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Reporting: Develop and deliver regular reports on key metrics, including campaign performance, sales pipeline, conversion rates, and other relevant data points.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and/or sales operations (5 years minimum).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing and sales technology platforms (Hubspot or similar CRM systems, marketing automation tools).
- Proficiency with data and reporting tools (Data Studio, PowerBI). - Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Self-driven individual with a passion for helping make strategic decisions based on historical and predictive data
- Experience in Technology companies is a plus
- SQL, jQuery and other database administration tools is desirable
- Proficient in English
