Marketing and Sales Automation Platform SendPulse is looking for a Marketing Coordinator in Mexico.
**Your knowledge and skills**:- Track record of managing a team of 10+ members.- 2+ years experience in B2B SaaS activity.- Excellent communication skills.- Strong Spanish and advanced English command would be a big plus.- Ability to resolve complex issues with the team quickly.- In-depth understanding of budget allocation, analysis, and working with reports.- References from previous employer and portfolio required.
**Responsibilities**:- Leading and managing a Mexican marketing team (now it's a team of 9 full-time colleagues + 1 intern)- Making successful SendPulse promo campaigns on the local market and building stability processes.- Quick problem-solving, understanding the team's tasks- Being proactive and always aware of processes in the team.We're looking for a colleague who won't settle for the basics, and will always be eager to take SendPulse to the next step.
