Able to lead them through technical and interpersonal situations.- Maintains credibility of material allocation and return records and educates employees when discrepancies occur.- Control incoming and outgoing materials such as platinum and gold to prevent losses.- Control of safe deposit boxes with precious metals- Control of scrap or material to be recycled, keep track of what is received and sent for recycling.- Actively participates in continuous process improvement programs
