Coordinador de Ordenamiento y Administrador de Inventarios (Level 6)Hybrid role: This position requires to work 3 days on site and 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis.
What you will do:Load and maintain specification tables.Ensure Brand intent is in line with engineering releases.Perform all necessary testing within established procedures to assure accuracy.Monitor Production systems rejects.Analyze the weekly order placement process.Monitor and assure the quantity of orders flowing from allocation, order placement, order management, and to production systems as required.Submit Free Orders on a balanced mix considering market demand.Monitor inventory levels according to established bands for assigned allocation groups.Perform effective communication between Industry Analysis, Sales Operations, Marketing teams, and other functional areas as necessary.Generate and update as necessary spreadsheets used to determine Distribution Entity allocation and estimated shipment quantities for assigned allocation groups.Generate and update as necessary spreadsheets used to facilitate variance resolution for assigned allocation groups.Present monthly consensus and variance tracking information to Marketing teams, Production Control, at monthly meetings.Identify variances between order requirements and dealer consensus.Generate, update, and distribute spreadsheets to track build-out allocation and order flow for assigned allocation groups.Complete special assignments as requested by management.Administer the Specifications module, manage Constraints, execute the Dealer Order Submission Process (DOSP), and manage order submission to production systems of assigned allocation groups.Work with Program Management, Marketing, and Field teams.Attend Marketing teams meetings as needed.Communicate relevant distribution information to Sales Operations and Marketing teams.Facilitate model introductions and new vehicle launches.Keep Marketing teams and Sales Operations informed of production issues (i.e. constraints) and proactively seek solutions with appropriate personnel.Manage GM Vehicle Ordering and Inventory Management process and system.Execute GM Vehicle Allocation Process for assigned models utilizing the VOM Sales Planning and Consensus Business Process.Provide support to Field, FCO, and non-retail distribution entities in all areas of distribution activities.Interface with IS&S in regards to VOM Business Process and applications.Execute the activities of VOM and Specifications.Assist in the distribution of GM products on a fair and equitable method, facilitate brand driven product intent and production strategies, and provide clear, concise communications to stakeholders.Required Qualifications:Bachelor degree: Industrial Engineering or similar.2 years of experience in Automotive Industry.English (intermediate - advanced).Ms Office.Advanced level of Power BI and Excel.In case you need any reasonable adjustment to continue with your process, let your recruiter know.
