**Job Summary**The Project Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to project managers and teams throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing documentation, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time.**Responsibilities**- Provide administrative assistance to project managers and teams, including scheduling meetings, organizing project files, and maintaining project documentation.- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.- Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and communicate project updates.- Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the project manager for resolution.- Assist in implementing mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.- Ensure Installation project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements and specifications.- Foster positive relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors, to facilitate collaboration and achieve project objectives.- Provide support to team members, and concerns.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.- Proficiency in time management and organization skills.- Multitasking skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
