**Other responsibilities**:

- Responsible for project management and the manufacturing skills needed to carry out the project in question.
He / She will accomplish this by keeping track of the skill requirements or opportunity being pursued in coordination with the Manufacturing Manager.
- Responsible for ensuring appropriate design reviews.
- They will also recommend engineering and design tools that can be planned into proposals to execute jobs more efficiently.
- The Project Manager is expected to implement project management best practices, provide support and mentoring to the project personnel, helping them plan work, solve difficult problems, and directing them to resources.
The Project Manager will act as a conduit of communications into and out of the group.
- Solid experience to follow NPI.
- Responsible on shipment status to End-Customer.
- Handle orders and related commercial issues with customers, including quotation and payment.
- Support business development and growth.
- Product Costing.
**Additional Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer.
- 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated competence in manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated competence in project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.)
as well as project management tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse teams of people.
- SAP operation experiences are in advantage.
- Self-motivated, passionate and a good team player.
