Prepares documentation for new hires and establishes, maintains, and controls employee records.Supports training and learning processes to provide adequate recommendations about training courses, suppliers, and programs based on cost, quality, and impact to the business.Analyzes data to identify opportunities in HR processes to implement potential changes using a lean management approach.Conducts research, gathers data and statistical reports, and maintains statistical information.Makes a root cause analysis in case there is a process deviation focusing on problem-solving.Applies a lean methodology to have a continuous improvement process, as well as to create a mindset and culture in the organization.QualificationsAdvanced English language skills.At least 7 years of experience in HR-related topics and 2 years as a leader.Continuous improvement mindset, understanding and application of lean office management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle and coordinate several processes simultaneously, prioritizing them based on criticality and importance.Accountability, results orientation, leadership, and managing complexity skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
