Coordinador De Servicios Administrativos

The Administrative Services Coordinator controls administrative processes in order to achieve the effectiveness, distribution and use of the material and financial resources available, and equitably allocates resources for the efficient operation of services and costumer satisfaction.
Currently, these services are: Food services and Uniforms (Bear Cave), Transportation service.
Qualifications and experience required:

- 2-5 years of previous experience as a Manager or Administrative Coordinator
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (mandatory requirement)

Duties and responsibilities:

- Obtain the best quality and price on all services provided to the School.
- Supervise the Food services, ensuring the quality and best conditions of the services.
- Conduct monthly inspection visits to the Cafeteria.
- Comminicate with internal clients and customers.
- Ensure that users understand how to access services with clear policies and procedures.
- Suggest improvements to services and identify additional efficiencies.
