Eaton's ES AMER EPG division is currently seeking a Coordinador de Servicios de campo.**What you'll do**:The primary function of this position is to provide coordination about field service personnel, technical assistance for field service personnel and customer requests in the areas of troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical apparatus.**Qualifications**:- Coordinate/obtain necessary materials and proper test equipment based on job requirements.- Open orders on system to gather, track and reconcile costs associated with jobs.- Prepare and issue invoices to customers after completion of work.- Maintain a constant flow of work from the backlog in a manner that provides the most cost efficiency as well as high productivity of the work force.- Acknowledge all purchase orders, obtain proper insurance certificates, and assure that Eaton Electrical terms and conditions are presented.- Monitor overtime of the productive workforce and reconcile the overtime with the signed time slips from the customer or from the job cost inventory system.- Reconcile all purchase orders with the in-house negotiations to assure matching between promises and expectations.- Order management on system by mayor projects (progress billing / invoicing)- Create manufacturing orders on AS400, Materials boom at AS400 for inventory process supply components.- Monitoring suppliers' payment (MarkView)- Maintenance Manufacturing orders on AS400**Skills**:- Bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical Engineering or related field from an accredited institution required.- Good verbal and written communication skills in English Spanish required- Oracle & AS400 knowledgeWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
