- Coordinate, operate and administer TPM applicable to FCM.
- Coordinate and manage the installation and operation of Civil Maintenance Activities, as well as the monitoring of the applicable TPM, attention and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate and manage machinery Movement according to new site requirements.
- Coordinate and manage the installation of Distribution Systems, Drinking Water Management and Sanitary Pumping, Cooling and Process in new projects of the site.
- Coordinate and manage the installation of fire, fire extinguisher and alarm detection systems in new projects.
- Coordinate and manage the installation and operation of Structured Cabling systems, as well as the follow-up to the applicable TPM, attention and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate and manage the installation of Wastewater Treatment Plants, Storm Water Treatments, Osmosis Systems, Softening and Demineralization Systems in new projects.
- Coordinate the installation of electrical services during new projects according local and Bosch laws.
- Inform workers of the importance of reporting incidents, hazards, risks and opportunities, as well as of reprisals if they fail to do so.
- Comply with the operational control of the work area.
- To know and carry out the protocol in case of emergencies.
- Promote Safety, Health and Environmental Protection according to ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018 / CD03800, and Applicable Standards.
**Qualifications**
- Civil and mechanical engineering with experience in Real Estate projects.
- Local rules for civil processes in San Luis Potosí.
- High level of ability for self-management, agility, flexibility and keen on motivating others
- +5 years of experience in a similar role, leading strategies and being in charge of people.
- Languages: Fluently spoken and written English as well as Spanish
