.**Descripción de puesto**:Ensure the final financial statements from the Aggregates business, generate the information, analysis and recommendations that allow the Company to improve the business performance. Constantly monitor and analyze information sources to identify potential costs and processes efficiencies assuring its implementation in a proactive manner.Responsible of the consolidation of the financial statement from the business Aggregate.**Principales responsabilidades**:- and release actual operative figures in order to guarantee the accuracy and opportunity of the information for Materials and Aggregates sector management. (CAPEX, SG&A, Headcount, Working Capital and Operative Cash Flow)- Support the correct performance of activities related to costing and operative processes in the different locations provided by the external contractor for outsourcing services.- Leader and responsible to be the first contact point with the operations.- Guarantee fulfillment, functionality and compliance of Sarbanes-Oxley / PACS regulations, as well as ensure internal procedures performed by the external contractor for outsourcing services intended to fulfill Internal and external audits, and supporting to internal clients (Operations) in its accomplishment.- Follow up to main operative KPIs, thru analysis and develop of tools and reports related and focused to operations to find improvements, savings and identified potential risks in processes.- Guarantee Service Level Agreement; ensure an efficient coordination with external contractor for outsourcing services following the established internal processes for its results measurement.**Retos del puesto**:- Costing process proposal and criteria classification within financial statements.- Identify opportunities to standardize and improve all administrative and transactional activities and processes- Encourage financial information analysis to generate proposals of cost reductions plans to capitalize value added opportunities.- Develop a continuous business partner relationship with our customers and suppliers to satisfy business needs.**Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos**:- Escolaridad:- Bacherlor degree:Public Accouting, Finance AdministrationExperiência requerida:- 5 years -Financial and Cost Accounting- 3 years- Knowledge on the Institutional CEMEX model (Platforms, Policies, Guidelines, and Structure)- 1 year- Experience in Construction industry.Conocimiento requerido:- Fluent English- SAP FICO- MS OFFICECompetencias críticas:- Analysis Capacity- Negociation**Relaciones**:- Internas:- BRM USA- GM's & Plant Directors- Internal Control and Process Assessment- Externas:- Auditors- Suppliers**Diversidad e Inclusión en CEMEX**:En CEMEX, reconocemos la diversidad del mundo en el que vivimos y en el que hacemos negocios
