**For This Role, Your Responsibilities Will be**:Generate daily shortage reports for multiple coverages based on production schedules, through the portal to ensure material availability.Open discrete jobs for shortage reports; 1 piece work ordersCoordinating material imports from PHR warehouseRequest and oversight trucks to import raw material from Pharr locationsRequest material transfer from ETC_PHR to LOERA based on daily needs.Request material to transfer from Reynosa to ETC PharrDesign/optimize measurement tools and multifaceted reports to find the accurate balance between stocking levels and service levelsMaterial ExpeditingInventory Projection and Control in REY warehouseOptimize the quality of the material planning through improvement proposalsInventory report generation and distribution by plannerProvide support to Planner/Buyers in regular daily function activitiesSupplier Forecast distribution, download information for each supplier, automatic ones and Chinese also distribute of the information to each supplier.Run and distribute Min/max report every day to planning group.Format DOH and distribution to internal team on a weekly basisConsolidate daily list of material pending to be received and material requested from different suppliersGenerate shortage reports daily based on the daily shortage report and the material required by the team to identify potential shortages affecting the following dayGenerate ISOs to request material needed to be transferred from Pharr to ReynosaRun mass cancellation and close discrete jobs every week before MRP runsGenerate daily manual report to review the material status for each itemPrepare and run weekly general report to check the status for items for the following 3 weeksConsolidate information for the summarized report to coordinate PO status per planner for orders that needs to be revisedMonitor and reduction of amount of trucks on the yard in REY**Who You Are**:You are enthusiastic about making an impact and always act with integrity.
