We are looking for a HSE COORDINATOR talent, to join our specialized HEALTH AND SAFETY team for our CUMMINS ENGINE COMPONENTS department for CIUDAD JUAREZ, CHIHUAHUA, MEXICO.

In this position you will have an impact by:

- Implementing HSE programs aligned with the annual activity plan.
- Coordinating activities in security reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis.
- Providing HSE training programs monitoring.
- Coordinating and monitoring of internal and external audit findings.
- Identifying and evaluating dangerous situations.
- Main KPI: HSE annual plan activities compliance, regulations, and obligations.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

- Proven experience in HSE management system for 3 years.
- Computer skills and HSE management platforms and software.
- Results oriented.
- Experienced with HIRA and risk reduction strategies.
- Ergonomics basic knowledge.
- ISO 14001 & 45001 Knowledge.
- HSE training programs planning and follow up.
- Upper Intermediate English level required.
- Available for travelling nationally and internationally 20% per year.
