**What you'll do**:
**Job summary**
Maintain, improve and ensure the monitoring and implementation of the quality system within the company. Interact with the various departments in order to adopt the necessary changes to meet the requirements of the IATF 16949 standard.
**Job responsibilities**
- Manage IATF-16949 requirements.
- Ensure QMS and Knowledge Management systems meet the multiple requirements of IATF-16949, EQMS, MESH, OpA and EBE by designing and simplifying processes to meet all requirements simultaneously.
- Coordinates the corrective action system for the facility, internal & external /audit findings, including administrative training and metric monitoring.
- Maintains LPA (layered process audit) system and schedule, support core tool deployments and quality training, and the development/ analysis/ implementation of data feedback systems required to effectively evaluate the local Quality Management System.
- Supports and coordinates the efforts and execution of the Fresh Eyes Audit, 3rd party audits, and internal audit process
- Verify the correct implementation and closure of non-conformities derived from audits
- Update risk matrices of the quality system.
- Support the training of QMS initiatives.
- Responsible for the document control process for the plant

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors Degree required.
- 5 years or more in similar position.
- IATF 16949 Advanced Standard. CSR Advanced. Core Tools Advanced. Core Tools Advanced. Basics of Quality, Risk Analysis.
