.ResponsibilitiesSet a clear direction for all warehouse operations, ensuring profitable sales growth, increased productivity, and effective teamwork.Lead the reception, transfer, and control of inventories of raw materials and finished products, to maintain an adequate supply that avoids stoppages in production due to lack of materials.Coordinate the transfer of raw materials and auxiliary products, assigning workloads to warehouse personnel to avoid production stoppages due to lack of materials.Supervise that the packaging is correct, verifying that it complies with the specifications requested by quality control, to satisfy our customers in all aspects.Verify the transfer of raw material to internal and external customers, following the instructions of the planning department to maintain the supply of materials.Review the inputs and outputs of materials from raw material and finished product warehouses captured in ERP system, comparing physical stocks against ERP to keep material stocks up to date and avoid differences.Carry out physical inventories, accounting for the materials in warehouses according to the lists issued by the ERP which are captured to later verify stocks and eliminate differences either by missing or surplus.Disseminate policies and programs of Clayens Mexico through talks to staff in charge to follow the guidelines of the Group.Responsible for identifying and controlling process risks.Maintain all inventories with 99.99% accuracy through the process of cyclical counts to ensure the physical existence of materials.Supervision and coordination of warehouse assistants through patrols carried out in the various areas for the fulfillment of the different assigned activities.Responsible for making the delivery of shift through the format established to give continuity to the pending tasks under the responsibility of the next supervisor, considering the order of the area.Coordinate and schedule the assortment and invoicing, local deliveries and samples in each shift.Supervise that returns and credit notes are processed in each shift and the material is sent to quality if it is non-compliant material, report these transactions to the QA Coordinator to unsubscribe and avoid sending the client rejected material.Keep the warehouse tidy in compliance with safety and hygiene standards to avoid accidents in the work areas using the 5's methodology.Coordinate daily dispatch plan considering the audits and controls to load the merchandise to customers.Ensure that the creation of bins and inventory documents in the system are carried out after review by the immediate boss.Maintain a good working environment among the staff in charge through team meetings every shift starts to maintain the flow of both work and information.Responsible for deploying to its team in charge of the information provided by the company related to general or specific issues of the operation to comply with the company's policy
