Overview: STATEMENT:Review the daily sales reconciliation performed by OTC analyst, who compares the sales reports from ORACLE against bank statements to find any discrepancy. The coordinator reviews the integrity of transactions into the AR module. Also, keep track the old variances into the AR / ASD accounts.DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:Include the responsibilities of the position 5 to 8 in total Please be sure that each one is a responsibility and not an activity ranking by importance.- Review on daily basis of templates related to sales centers collections in cash, card, and check. ensure that Oracle report vs Bank information are matching. Otherwise, the variance is explained and supported properly.- Keep close supervision on the not fraud charge back cases to them are processed correctly and on time in order to avoid a bank payment reverse.- Review cash payments processed by armor transportation are deposited properly and on time in Herbalife´s bank account.- ME closing activities supporting to G/L supervisor.- Perform GL and AR analysis to ensure no mismatches between the two Oracle Modules.- Keep day to day proof of reconciliation for SOX and Internal Audit requirements- Review credit card fees and develop a dashboard for Finance Manager visibility.- Support internal and External Audit processesSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:Job Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:(Please be sure that each of the qualifications listed in this section are truly required to perform the essential functions of the job.
