Coordinator Fixtures

**Position Purpose**
Responsible for Signage inventory control throughout AZ-Mexico supply chain.
Extracts fixture needs from floorplans/planograms electronically or manually as needed for new, open, and remodeled stores.
Generates store fixtures/signage shipments to new stores and remodel stores via disciplined communication with all fixture suppliers.
Reviews and maintains detailed fixture integrity of all AutoZone prototypes.
Solves the need for expedites re-orders to Store Set-Up projects when necessary.
Coordinates with other departments on fixtures for new planogram auto bills and changes to inventory disposition.
Reviews and reports fixture costs and usage for entire chain as well as Store Set-Up.
**Primary Accountabilities**
- Monitoring, development and purchase of new fixtures, price changes to new products and signage.
- Tracking, monitoring and purchasing signage inventory for new stores, DC.
Cleaning of inventory in the distribution center eliminating discontinued products every quarter.
- Registration of products, vendors.
Payment to vendors and capture of invoices for payment to vendors on time.
Monitoring budget.
- Ensure sending materials from the distribution center to the stores and generating reports of the materials sent.
- Attention to stores, merchandise team and distribution center.
**Education & Experience**
Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Industrial Design, Business, International Relationships
Years of Experience: Two to three years.
Type of Experience: Retail, manufacturer,
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Excel, Power point, AutoCAD, Sketchup
Other / Preferred: Analytical skills, computer skills, communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
