As an EO employee you will gain access to the world's top experts in entrepreneurship, grow beyond your perceived limits and make breakthroughs as you refine and realize your personal goals.**THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE POSITION**The Forum Coordinator will manage the Forum training program calendar, maintain training program data, support Forum health and be the main contact for Forum SLP and Forum Health Survey inquiries.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage Forum training program schedule for all EO Chapters in the US, Canada and Latin America (upon completion of new scheduling tool, will also take over, MEPA, APAC, Europe, South Asia)- Track training schedule using spreadsheets and Airtable- Schedule facilitators for trainings- Communicate all training details to the chapters and facilitators- Ensure that reporting is kept current and accurate, including monthly reports on trainer tracking, evaluation numbers and spreadsheet for accounting- Participate in monthly regional Forum Chair (APAC, US regions, Canada & LAC) and Forum Experts calls- Respond to member questions about Forum Health Survey- Schedule, communicate and support four Demystifying Forum virtual SLP programsQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED- _ Data management skills _- 2-3 years work experience- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines- Solution based thinking- Team building and relationship management experience- Strong background in multi-department collaboration- Ability to treat every task, no matter how big or small, as important to advancing EO's mission- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change quickly and work in a fast-paced environment- The ability to speak read, write and speak Spanish- Experience working with virtual clients and teams in multiple countriesADA Specifications- Professional workplace where business casual attire is required.- Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment
