**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Ensure adherence and compliance with the Collective Agreement and Internal Work Regulations; manage the timely payment of the unionized and fortnightly payroll; manage and maintain the desired quality facilities for the personnel such as dining room, uniforms and transportation; seeking to continuously improve the work environment, maintaining good relations with the union and good management of plant resources.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE**
- _Payroll_
- Correct administration of salary movements in payroll, based on procedure, ensuring their payment in time and form, as well as the necessary improvements to comply with "0" incorrect payments.
- Attention to internal and external audits, including those determined by the authority (STPS) general conditions and extraordinary from _PTU._
- Ensure the proper functioning of payroll systems (ATOSS, SF), as well as clock checkers.
- Ensure the knowledge of operational personnel to access their payroll information when required.
- Updating of employee information in files, payroll, checking system and Success Factors.
- Manages payment of rewards to program employees (Buddy, Referred, productivity Bonus).
- _Labor Relations and Engagement_
- Administration and improvement in KPI's of turnover, absenteeism and Engagement.
- Constructive relationship and timely attention with the union based on priorities defined in the periodic meetings.
- Induction to new personnel, on the Plant facilities, as well as the behaviors expected of a collaborator in BC and according to the RIT.
- Responsible to work in close collaboration with Managers and/or Area Coordinators, for timely follow-up of personnel movements.
- Administration and focus on the continuous improvement of engagement, management and execution of activities that promote improvement of the work environment for employees, based on an annual plan.
- _Administration and Staff Services_
- Administration and management of facilities (transportation, lockers, drawers, uniform, dressing rooms, bathrooms and dining room).
- Registration, requisition and payment to Suppliers (lawyers, union, uniforms and transportation) as well as cost control
- Audits to suppliers (at least once a year)
- Achieve an improvement in the base of agreements regarding benefits for all staff.
- Collection of documents and control of employee files.
- Request and replacement of grocery voucher cards, badges and payroll cards.
**EDUCATION, LANGUAGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in Administration, Psychology or Related
- Advanced Intermediate English
- Excellent command of Office computer programs.
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
**_ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE _**
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Labor Relations / Human Resources Generalist in manufacturing
- Knowledge of federal labor law
- Knowledge of management with unions
- Knowledge of audit processes (STPS)
- Intermediate knowledge in payroll process.
