Retention: helps retain existing card members by engaging them with personalized content and offers.Responsibilities:Campaigns based on analytics, data insights, and deep segmentation per industry, size, and client profile.Design and execute marketing strategy with the design agency and media plan with the digital agency.Develop and manage relationships with strategic partners (internal & external).Constant monitoring and analysis of metrics, updating plan, identifying risks & opportunities, and developing actions to ensure revenue and other relevant goals.Development budget management and optimization.Find new ways to communicate and be closer to card members.Minimum Qualifications:Marketing Bachelor's degree or related.Fluent in English and Spanish.Leadership skills and creativity.Ability to easily adapt and work in a team.Strong marketing and communication skills.Analytical skills and strategic thinking.Flexible, proactive, and quick learner.Relationship management, collaboration, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence others.Budget management.Ability to work and communicate across all levels of the organization.Ability to manage and drive multiple projects simultaneously.External perspective to always be looking how to differentiate.We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
