**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Under general supervision, responsible for preparing proposal, presentation, and communication materials.
Responsible of ensuring compliance of the credit products porfolio with applicable regulation and organization standars.
Project managment of different projects with very controlled follow up, identified impacts and risks.
Operational Risk Event remediation and closure.
Transalate processes into flowcharts, procedures and policies.
Coordinate with diverse internal & external teams fullfillment processes.
**_Months in their actual position:_**
**_For level 25 to 30: 12 months._**
**_For level 30 to 35: 18 months._**
**_For level 40 to 45: 24 months._**
- 3+ years experience coordinating regulatory and revenue generating projects
- Globestar knowledge to indentify relevant information for business purposes
- 3+ years experience within AXP or financial services industry
- Fully bilingual
- Understanding of credit products and portfolio KPIs
- Strong Project Management skills
- Ability to work across with regulators, business units, executive levels and diverse functions
- Ability to build and leverage key relationships.
- Experience on regulatory audits
- Ability to prioritize initiatives, dates and requirements
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to negotiate with Third-Party Vendors to achieve goals in a timely manner and with high standard quality
