Overview:
STATEMENT:
The Product Inquiry Coordinator will be responsible for consumer case management and safety advocacy to uphold global safety messaging standards.
This includes researching, routing, responding and creating reports for technical consumer product, ingredient and safety related cases.
The Product Inquiry Coordinator liaises with other consumer facing teams and global stakeholders to support real-time consumer response needs in a timely manner and help coordinate education and engagement tasks in a timely manner.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help create consumer safety educational content and contribute to content stakeholder committee reviews (ex.
content forums)
- Research and liaise with GCS functional teams and global stakeholders on cases and projects
- Lead regional and internal technical product support training and process optimization
- Create product inquiry overview reports and one-pagers to fulfill business needs
- Perform administrative functions to support the department and processes, as needed.
- Additional technical product support duties as assigned.

Languages:
- Native in local language
- Advance in English
**Experience**:
- 3+ years' experience in technical customer service (e.g.
scientific liaison, consumer health or safety), product licensing/regulatory compliance, and/or scientific consumer or product research
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or certification in relevant technical discipline

- Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
- Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
- Experience leading or organizing international cross-functional teams or projects
- Bachelor's degree or higher in nutrition or other health science
