Element Solutions Inc is a leading specialty chemicals company whose businesses supply a broad range of solutions that enhance the products people use every day.**Job Purpose**:The general purpose of this position is to coordinate reclaim shipments into the Monterrey facility, and subsequent shipments to Altoona in a way that complies with all applicable Mexican regulations and Alpha Assembly Solutions policies and procedures.**Responsibilities**:**Managing the reclaim process cycle for Nationalized material, from issuing Purchase orders to delivery to Altoona and confirming payment to suppliers.**:- Create and issue purchase orders, using J.D.Edwards for purchases of Nationalized reclaim material.- Call/E-Mail approved reclaim service providers to arrange timely pick up of material, and delivery to Monterrey.- Review and approve service provider invoices, and forward to Altoona for payment.- Review and approve receipt of reclaim materials, and enter the quantity, material type and alloy into J.D. Edwards.- Provide reclaim generator with the necessary documentation that Alpha has received the manifested materials- Prepare the required documentation to export collected material to the authorized warehouse in the United States, and assure that the documentation has been delivered to SEMARNAT.- Contact Altoona (Tracy, Beth and Tom) that material is available in the authorized U.S. warehouse, and confirm the bill of lading from the U.S. wharehouse to Altoona.- Assure that the transaction between AMTR and FRP is accurately entered into J.D. Edwards- Maintain a list of Nationalized accounts, and co-ordinate contact with accounts that may be due for another pick up with the Mexico reclaim managers.- Report weekly on inventory in Monterrey, assuring optimal inventory turn around.- Confirm payment to suppliers using available reports.**Administrative Responsibilities**:- Maintain accurate inventory of reclaim material in Monterrey- Maintain accurate inventory of material in transit from Monterrey to Altoona- Reconcile any differences between P.O.S issued and receipts in Altoona
