You're not persuading someone to savings account or try a new drinks brand.Your 'Day To Day'Ensure product availability in the retail channel, ensuring the correct availability and distribution of our portfolio and aligned with the strategies and needs of the Sales Area.Define and implement strategic activities through the distributor's salespeople.Manage promotions and incentive programs to help achieve objectives and sustainability of the business.Reinforce the performance of the 3 main KPI's pillars (Retail Distribution, Brand Building and Business), relying on available metrics to complement these results.Coordinate Retail Distribution strategies, working in conjunction with Territory Executives to maintain and improve distribution levels and numerical coverage, ensuring distribution, portfolio, inventory, and product availability.Build with Area Sales Manager monthly and annual volume targets (Sell Out) aligned to the needs of the Sales Area, using available resources and tools.Review credit status of distributors to ensure proper functioning.
Manage Retail Distribution Developers according to identified development priorities.Monitor inventory levels and days of each CLO to ensure sustainability.Supervise and control with the follow-up of invoice payments to avoid late payment days and sustainable credit management.Control of sales area resources to align strategies with the Top SKU's, develop and propose combos of these for the sales area.
Constantly work on optimising the investment per package sold.Define distribution targets for Combos considering Sales Area priorities.
Implement together with Retail Distribution Developers controls to ensure that PMM guidelines are followed.Management of Overheads and expense reports.Monitor and guarantee (controls and reports) the distributor's performance according to the Retail Sales Scorecard to improve quality levels and effectiveness in visits.
Guide the distributor to meet the KPI's of the Retail Distribution pillar.
Evaluate through field visits and quality executions, as well as monthly evaluations
