About the roleThe Coordinator – Supply Planning supports the execution of planning activities at the manufacturing centers to guarantee that production plan is achieved.
Coordinate the preparation of the production plan, shipment and delivery of the product in accordance with the business plan within the SHES standards, quality, SEDENA, legal regulations, management system and Orica objective.
What you will be doingAssist in daily priority planning of deliveries with carriers from each supply site, based on material resource scheduling requirements to customers.
Implement the management principles of good practices related to inventory for the publication of products and inventory movements in real time.
Communicate and link market activities with production priorities, assisting with weekly planning and control of MRP and DRP processes.
Manage, maintain, administer and report the database and evidence of monitoring and/or compliance with plans, processes, programs, indicators, standards, permits, incidents and other indicators; in functional assistance for the manufacturing area; as well as detect the need for training and development of the personnel in charge.
Manage and administer continuous improvement projects.
What you will bringRelevant Degree related to business management or supply chain2 to 5 years of experience in similar rolesAdvanced conversational English skills +75% (Required)Availability to work in Cuatro Ciénegas, CoahuilaBasic knowledge of SAP or other ERP system, MS Excel, MS Word is an advantageKnowledge of industrial safety programs, SHE, quality management systems or similar.How you shape and influence others* Demonstrates courage, resilience and flexibility
