We are looking for a talent management coordinator in our Mexico City office.**In this role, you will**:- Coordinate and manage daily operations and activities supporting regional and global talent management efforts- Meeting logistics (i.E., meeting scheduling, event setups, A/V functionality, agenda support/creation, note taking, etc.)- Maintain tracking of projects and critical initiatives, working in close partnership with the broader Talent Management team and key stakeholders- Update and maintain content on learning platforms- Support the creation and updating of learning materials- Collaborate with LATAM partners to streamline and create templates- Support creation/management of talent management communications- Ownership of maintaining LATAM portfolio updates in talent management team central tool- Maintain LATAM talent management site updated- Collaboration on process development as needed- Own contracting process with vendors, including the development of MSA and SOWs, in partnership with team lead- Audit and approve vendor invoices**You are**:- Passionate about Inclusion and gets excited when thinking about learning & development and helping our employees grow- Organized and have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy- Exemplifying vital project and program management skills- An excellent time-manager - you can balance multiple projects and multiple workstreams simultaneously and effectively prioritize- Able to design scalable workflows that are effective and efficient- A selfless team player- Open to and respectful of different working styles- Welcoming of diverse perspectives and are available for feedback- Bringing others along with you as you work on projects- Thriving in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity well- A self-manager, take the initiative and work independently in an ever-evolving, fast-paced environment- Able to stay flexible and adapt quickly as situations change- A creative and outside of the box thinker- Biased to a growth mindset- A curious team member and excited to learn and grow
