Job Description About Job Accountable for delivering effective tech tools to enable Panel Management & Auditor-supported data collection. Serve regional panel PL(Product Leader Ship) and Operations teams as internal clients , enable quality, panelist-centric data collection methods. Lead cross-functional teams (Tech, Dsci, Product Leader Ship (PL), Ops) to design, develop, deploy tech enhancements.
Responsibilities Identify system features & performance gaps to enhanceFacilitate PI (Product Incremental) planning processAssess enhancements & change requestsWriting and delivering requirements to the Technology teams for solutions in scopeApprove solution design, review prototypes to guide on time and accurate deliveryCoordinating UAT (User Attendance Testing) (global)Maintaining system release communications, documenting and maintaining operational processes and training materials tied to the solution.Manage early stages of deployment / hypercare (monitoring period post- deployment)
