It's a dynamic, fast paced, solutions-focused start-up environment that brings client and agency closer together to co-create more effective and efficient work**A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE**Working in partnership with our client (a global beverage brand), the Copy Content Creative create powerful and impactful social and digital campaigns across a different brands.We are looking for a Creative Copywriting with a Proactive mindset.- Write, research and conceptualise creative, innovative content that brings readership and encourages sharing.- Write short and long form articles.- Write and support creative concepts with the Design lead and motion designer. **Repurpose existing content for different uses.**:- Master a variety of brand voices.- Ensure consistency and quality across all written content.- Present and articulate concepts to clients.**WHAT IS REQUIRED**:- Create and develop standout creative campaigns, content that spread from social and beyond.- Help mentor and inspire junior members of the creative team- Work alongside on-site and in-house teams to explore ways to open new opportunities and to help our brands understand and develop their creative presence through content- Develop creative output that is on-brand, innovative, challenging and attuned to the cultural interests of the audience- Help develop content calendars that support and extend marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods and channels will work for each sub-section of the target audience.- Identify and build relationships with and bring to fruition, collaborative projects with partner platforms, websites, influencers and channels which can extend the reach of the content and help deliver authentic experiences to the target audience.- Supervise the teams to be an arbiter of best practices in terms of idea generation, craft, messaging, strategic targeting and style.- Have a hunger for creativity, whether it be in work, on the side and beyond.**Abilities / Competences**:- Excellent portfolio of work that demonstrates high quality conceptual creative and copywriting within a variety of marketing campaign and platform projects.- Strong layout and design skills across print and digital.- Actively support the Creative Lead with new business activity, networking and pitching where required.- Experienced in liaising directly with the client and the ability to build strong relationships.- Experience with strategic brainstorming, creative brief development and creative execution.- Experience meeting clients and presenting your work.- Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members.- A developed and working awareness of all major content platforms and channels and a view on new platforms
