Responsibilities: Oversees legal and fiscal Accounting practices and processes Provides legal reporting data to leadership teams Drives Accounting projects Develops tools, systems, and methods related to Accounting Supports organizational continuous improvement process initiatives Coordinates and monitors the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety and Environment Leads by example in line with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and the Code of Conduct, while developing employees, driving Talent Acquisition and Management processes, and fostering a proactive work culture Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experienceSpecified Years of Industry-relevant experienceSpecified Years of Relevant Leadership experienceRelevant certifications, system experience, and trainingProfessional-Level English language skills preferred Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while serving as a sparring partner to internal/external stakeholders.
