It isn't a question.The Corporate Affairs Lead works in collaboration with the Head of Corporate Affairs LATAM BU in executing annual Corporate Affairs strategy in local markets, aligned to overall business priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advice on key communications (internal and external) and Government and Public Affairs and Policy.Responsible for both internal and external communication across the market/BU (including sites), work to identify key issues and subjects with the potential to influence business reputation and environment, including issues and crisis management.Develop content and execute relevant (social media and earned media) campaigns for the market/BU e.G., condition awareness campaigns, employer branding campaigns, corporate brand campaigns.Work effectively with external partners (comms/PR/media/GA agencies) and internal partners (Legal, HR, Commercial) to deliver against the strategy.Act as Corporate Affairs advisor to key change initiatives in the area, advising market leaders on Comms strategy and leading on development of Comms materials for major change projects.Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the communication strategy.Why you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Experience in external/internal communications, at a regional and in-country level.The ability to work across multiple markets or areas and demonstrate good agility.Government & Public Affairs and Policy experience.Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with fluctuating and changing demands.A positive, can-do attitude and a real team player; Self-starter.Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills, proficiency in English.Experience working in a global matrixed organization, ideally in a FMCG or Healthcare company.If you feel this is your next career step, apply!Diversity, Equity and InclusionAt Haleon we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, generates curiosity to create unmatched understanding of each other, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for everyone
