**Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned)**:- Evaluate agreements, partnerships, contracts with vendors and subcontractors.- Must prepare appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.- They should also design and oversee the policy and position of the company on various legal matters with clients, company's employees, and ensure compliance with Mexico's legal regulations- Protect the company against all legal risks.
**Work Schedule**GDL Office: 8:00 am-5:00 pm CST**Computer Skills**To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced level experience with Microsoft Office.
