No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.Know more: PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare for better.**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**:The Corporate Communications Content Creator with a focus on social media will be responsible for conceiving, developing, and executing compelling content for Corporate campaigns across various social media platforms.We're looking for a storyteller who will partner with the Creative Director and the video expert to bring ideas to life in new and inspiring ways.**Your Impact**:As a Corporate Communications Sr. Content Creator Analyst your responsibilities would consist of- Develop engaging and relevant content for corporate campaigns across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.- Collaborate with other team members and the business team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with the Corporate objectives and resonate with the target audience.- Utilize multimedia tools to create visually appealing content including images, videos, infographics, and animations that convey brand messaging effectively.- Implement strategies for maximizing reach, engagement, and conversion through effective use of hashtags, keywords, and platform-specific features.- Have in-depth understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.- Sense of collaboration, aptitude to learn new things and urgency to get things done.- Detail-oriented, with an ability to prioritize and stay organized while responding to last-minute requests and adapting to changes in business trends.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?**- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field (communication, advertising, marketing, etc.)- 3+ years experience in agency, in-house agencies or social media platforms- Language proficiency both in English and Spanish is a must for this role (FLUENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE REQUIRED.- Creative Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to ideate and produce engaging content across various social media platforms
