We are currently seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to join our team in CDMX, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).
NTT DATAs Corporate Development team partners with the executive leadership team to identify, structure and execute targeted merger and acquisition opportunities in support of its broader corporate strategy. We are seeking an outstanding Corporate Development Analyst as we continue to build out the team. The role requires someone who is highly analytical and possesses a high level of financial acumen, combined with an ability to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment and about 2- 3 years professional experience. This person might come from a large accounting firm, consulting, or private equity firm. This is an opportunity to contribute to a critical part of the growth strategy at NTT DATA, with high exposure across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities include:
Developing detailed financial analyses of potential acquisition targets and preparing valuation analyses of potential acquisition targets Actively participating and supporting the due diligence process to ensure that information is received and reviewed in a timely manner and that appropriate reports for management are completed Partnering with other team members of the Corporate Development team on complex strategic problems and assessments Preparing Investment Committee and Board of Director materials for presentation of investment opportunities Supporting post-closing periodical reporting requirements and monitoring acquisition performance and realization of growth targets Location: Remote in Mexico
Basic Requirements: To support NTT DATA Services' long-term growth plans, a successful candidate should demonstrate these required skills:
Experience in M&A, Corporate Development or Accounting (Valuation) related roles with a focus on corporate transactions Proven analytical capabilities and Extensive Financial Modeling skills and an understanding of valuation methodologies Must have a strong Financial and Accounting skill set including understanding of Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement and Profit and Loss statements Desire to develop into a skilled M&A professional with an ability to lead a range of M&A processes The ability to analyze market data to identify trends and acquisition opportunities in support of NTT DATA Services Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail is a must Ability to perform complex analysis that have a global impact to our organization Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools Basic Required Experience: Must be fluent in English - ability to speak and write English fluently 2+ years prior on the job experience in Accounting/Finance (with a focus on valuation), Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity or related position Bachelors, or equivalent Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business (Preferred) #LI-SGA
