**Opportunity****Responsibilities**- Help develop a 5 year strategic regional growth plan and financial projections for SUMA, including organic and inorganic (M&A) initiatives.- Map, identify, and analyze potential M&A opportunities across business lines and geographic areas.- Support deal execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, legal documentation, and post-closing integration activities.- Improve operating performance, increase return on invested capital, and drive growth strategy and new acquisitions.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis within key target markets.- Develop materials for fundraising, including financial models and roadshow presentations.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**- One to two years of transactional experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, equity research, tech, or consulting.
Internship experience considered.- Thorough knowledge and understanding of accounting and corporate finance, including financial modeling and company valuation.- Able to prepare detailed presentations and investment memorandums.- Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, high-performance environments.- Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly.- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive critical initiatives.- Excellent quantitative analytical skills and creativity in problem-solving.- Exceptional relationship-building and listening skills.- Fluency in English and Spanish.
